One of the first things Deirdre Folan told me was she would find me the perfect buyer for my family home. Throughout the whole process, she was reassuring and encouraging. She could always cut through the noise, answer questions, and not pressure me. While it was hard not to worry about this or that, Deirdre was always reassuring that everything would work out. Her team was also top notch and responsive. Her assistant kept me up-to-date on showings. On closing day, I met the buyers and just as she had said, they were the perfect family.
