We have had Deepak sell our home, we had to evict a tenant, and we put close to 50 k in fixing the property after the eviction, the house had a detached garage and a full basement with a setup for home office, bar and stall shower, however we were just getting offers below the market value, for a corner lot with only one neighbor on the side, and walkable distance to school and a park.
