When my mother passed away we needed to sell her house, but none of us lived in the immediate area. Mom knew Dee Dee from various groups that she was involved with and before she died, had recommended that we use Dee Dee to sell the house. Best decision ever! Dee Dee knew our mom, knew the neighborhood, knew the area and the market. It was a monumental task to clear the house out quickly to get it ready to sell. Dee Dee and her entire team were amazing and helped us all along the entire process with having contacts and getting estimates for repairs, sources for donations and advice on everything. She and her team went above and beyond during the final few weeks of getting the house cleared out when we were all exhausted and helped us get the last bits donated. We were very impressed with the marketing of the house from the listing, showings, color brochure mailing to the staging of the house. It looked incredible when it went on the market. Communication was constant both before contracts came in and after during negotiations. We knew we could call with any questions or concerns at any time. Settlement went smoothly too. Overall we are extremely happy we called Dee Dee, and would highly recommend her and her awesome team!
