Dee Watkins is your go to girl. She very patient . Our showing with the house. Dee let us take our time. She walk us thru the house,garage and outside building. She answered all our questions. She showed us where the well,septic and propane pad. Made an offer on the house. She was right on top of things to get the ball moving. She is a nice enough person. I'm sure she is a wonderful agent when things are going smoothly. However, my transaction did not go smoothly. She does not handle stress well. She does not like being questioned, and will lose her temper and yell at you. Nothing is her fault. She informed me she was no longer my agent, but then got angry when I reached out to another agent. She also told me that I would never get what I was asking for my house because it would not appraise. my new agent got me exactly what I was hoping for. Even a little more. Which was $55k over what D stated I would sell it for. Her conversations with my buyers agent in another state. She was quite negative about me, saying I was hard to deal with. My agent stated that she also yelled at her and was very emotional about everything.
