We saw our dream cabin on Zillow and was immediately put in contact with Dee. Within Three days we went from looking at the cabin to putting in an offer to having it accepted. And here we are in heaven with our quaint little getaway in the deep forest of Sullivan county. Dee put us first and knew this was our dream cabin and did what she could to make sure it was ours, and she didnt waste any time or play games. She kept us up to date and in the loop of everything happening and guided us along the way. We couldnt have done it without her and I highly recommend her. I wish all realtors were like Dee. Our house buying experience with Dee was amazing. We were moving out of state and she helped make everything easier for us to take care of so we didn't have to drive back and forth multiple times. We were able to sign almost everything electronically, and Dee was present for the inspection in our place. I, Bill Payne, am pleased to write about my experience with Dee Watkins. I met Dee Watkins when a relative of mine passed away and I was handling his estate. The estate included his home, several duplex rentals, single units and a vacant lot. COVID restrictions were being implemented about the same time. Dee Watkins went above and beyond what we expected to help get the properties sold. Most of the renters were not keeping up with their rent and due to the COVID restrictions could not be put out of their living areas.Dee did an excellent job of staging the primary residence and landing a buyer. When the well water didn't pass inspection, she located a plumber and the estate had an ultra violet filter installed and the property sold quickly. Dee Watkins found a buyer for one of the duplexes. Due to some of the rentals being blighted and had criminal activities, Dee worked hard to find a buyer that would take the rest of the properties. She never gave up. Dee Watkins made it possible to move the various properties before winter settled in and amid the COVID crisis. Dee went above and beyond what many realtors would do to help sell our properties. Her expertise and knowledge of realty and understanding the law is very helpful and greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Dee Watkins as a realtor. She would be a very welcome asset.
