About Dee Ann Arey

Dee Ann has been in Colorado so long (more than 25 years in the Denver area) that she feels like a native. She knows the region like the back of her hand. She and her husband raised three daughters here, so she knows the area's playgrounds, parks, highways, byways, schools, theatres, and just about everything else about this wonderful place. Her love of Denver, and of Colorado on the whole, is what led her to become a REALTOR(R). Each time she leaves her home and sees our mountains, creeks, and beautiful parks, she realizes how fortunate she is to live her and wants other people to experience that, too. I will start by saying that I am a very particular client and know exactly what I'm looking for. I had a clear vision of what I wanted and Dee Ann was able to pick up on that right away! I was very impressed by her knowledge and expertise! She told me right away if she knew I wouldn't like a particular home. I didn't have to stress out because I knew she wasn't just trying to "sell a home" she genuinely cared. She made me feel like family by going above and beyond! She had offers ready to go prior to seeing a place knowing I would like it so we could get the ball rolling quicker! I appreciated her being so on top of things! She was always quick to respond to any texts or phone calls from me and had solutions for everything! She was such a joy to work with and has an amazing reputation, which was huge for me!
