Teresa was the perfect realtor for me to work with. While I know quite a bit about the process she guided me around the area and didnt discourage me from looking a properties that would have ranged from money pits to downright disasters! The home that she helped me buy is a little piece of heaven right off the Blue Ridge Parkway at the right price and right amount of fixing up that will make it perfect. She was warm but also professional. Also very patient and helpful. She really helped make the entire process smooth compared to past homes I have purchased.

I am late posting this review of Cindys services because I forgot in my overwhelming schedule to do it a week ago before the stress and endless work of being a home owner took hold of me. Well, I had never dealt with a realtor before, more over this is our first house purchase as we were renters before now for 6 years. I honestly expected a used car salesman who would be trying to sell me anything quick to make a commission. Im autistic so I dont say much, picture my mind as a duck on the pond, calm outside but churning a million miles an hour beneath the surface. Well during the first visit to a house we had requested to see she had made a few comments about it that confused me, because she was criticising it... Like it wasnt good enough. We did our polite Well think about it comment that people say when they really mean Nope and went on our way after saying goodbye. The next house we requested to see was much further away seemed, at least to us, like a mansion but was well within our price range. We absolutely loved it, at least what was being shown to us that is. After the tour was over and the owner walked away, Cindy began listing off the things she didnt like or thought wouldnt pass through mortgage scrutiny. At this point we were taken aback because... She was on our side... Like for real, she only seemed to want what was best for us, despite this property wouldve clearly paid her a larger commission. The next house we seen was one I had already decided no to on the internet but my wife insisted, Cindy couldnt help but laugh when I called it a creepy orphanage. In this house she pointed out some cleverly hidden issues that wouldve definitely been structural issues for us, maybe even condemning worthy. So we moved on from the creepy 300 year old orphanage. One night, we get a message from Cindy at 1am about a house she thinks would be perfect for us. She tells us we need to move quick because at this price it will not last more than a couple days. She spends the night getting us the appointment for the next day. After a walk through of the house we decide we love it, it perfect. She cited a few things she noticed that may concern is but ultimately none of it bothered us, as Im fairly handy and can upgrade and fix all of it. About 30 minutes later we are in her office drawing up a contract. I honestly dont know if other realtors behave like Cindy or not, but I consider that we got very lucky when we randomly ended up employing her on chance. Any other houses we decide to buy in the future, or in the very unlikely chance we decide to sell this one we will only be working with Cindy. We love this house, good job Cindy.

We was looking for a house for our daughter who is getting married soon and Hollye was very helpful in that process. I truly believe we would still be looking if it wasn?t for Hollye. She was persistent on sending us pictures of homes that would fit our daughter and her fiances interest and we was blessed to find a perfect fit.
