1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Your first step to buying a home is to meet with a local trusted lender to establish your home buying budget. The lender will discuss loan programs, interest rates and learn more about your credit score and finances. Once you have a budget, we can search for homes within your price range and find the right home. I have several trusted lenders who are available evenings, weekends and by phone or thru their online application process. Let me know how I can connect you.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
I recommend meeting with with your experienced Realtor to get tips on preparing your home for sale. There are many low cost ways to spruce up your home and make it more appealing to Buyers. Often times, it only takes a little fresh paint or decluttering to make your home shine. The more appealing your home is to Buyers, the more money you will be able to sell for. I love to consult with Sellers and recommend the best ways to get their home ready for the market. Call me today and we can discuss a time to meet.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
In my 16 years as a Realtor, I have helped many Buyers and Sellers successfully Buy and Sell their home. My reputation is built on honest, experienced advice and knowledge of the Real Estate market. Buying and Selling your home can be a stressful process for alot of people and that's where I can take the worry and confusion out of your Real Estate transaction. I always tell my clients that there is no such thing as too many questions about your purchase or sale. Not all transactions go smoothly, so my experience in the Real Estate market make me a valuable partner in getting through the process. I love my job !
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Recently I worked with a Seller who wanted to move out of state to be closer to family. One of their kids was struggling in school and the situation wasn't good for their family. They worked hard to purchase a small home years ago and like most families, never really had the ability to save up to move into a larger home. When I met with them I gave them an analysis of their home value and they were so happy that they had enough equity to make their dream come true. We put the house on the market and had an offer in a week ! I connected them with a Realtor in Idaho and they were able to buy a larger home, transfer their jobs and are now happily living nearer family with a bright new outlook on their families new life. This transaction was one of my fondest and my heart was SO happy that we helped make this happen for them. This is why I L*O*V*E my job.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
In 2003, before I was a Realtor, I was represented by a "not so great" agent. The experience was confusing, stressful and ultimately cost me alot of money due to misrepresentation by my Realtor. After this horrible experience, I vowed to get my Real Estate License and never let anyone have this type of experience. My goal is to be honest, trustworthy and responsive to my clients needs. I want to earn a 5* review from every client for superior Customer Service. In my 16 years as a Realtor, my clients have given me 5 * reviews and raved about their experience. I feel as though my goal of representing Buyers and Sellers in the best way possible has been realized. I would love to help you experience our 5* care in your next Real Estate transaction.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I stay up to date on the market trends and Real Estate education. I am working on completing additional certificates to add to my designations.
