We were on vacation in the Sun City, Florida area in February and developed an interest in buying a winter home there. Though we were not ready to buy, Debra showed us some places so we could start educating ourselves on the market. When we returned home to Massachusetts she kept in touch, letting us know about places that might interest us as they came on the market. When we were ready to buy she checked out places in person for us, sending us pics and doing video tours with us. She took the time to develop a good understanding of what we were looking for, and always told us why she thought a particular house/neighborhood/area would be good or not so good for us. She seemed much more interested in helping us find the perfect house for us than she was in making a quick sale. She put in a lot of time and effort and helped us find just the right place. She also gave us good advice on the offer we made, and during the inspection period negotiated a roof repair to be made by the sellers and obtained money from the sellers to replace the water heater.
