THE ABSOLUTE BEST REALOR OUT THERE and here's why: First, Debbie came recommended to me by a co-worker and everything my co-worker said about her was spot on. I was a first time homebuyer using FHA financing and like most first time homebuyers I knew nothing about the process. Debbie was phenomenal in explaining things to me. I think first time buyers take a lot more attention, Patience and explanation that repeaters buyers already have. Debbie really took great attention explaining things to as well as giving great suggestions in approaches we should take. I was trying to close before the first time homebuyers credit expired in 2010- so I was under a time crunch and with that being said I literally looked at 20+ houses in a short period of time. Debbie showed me houses 7 days a week due to my schedule I really only had the weekends. She gave great encouragement when I put offers in and lost the bidding war. I never felt pressured by her and she showed every house with the zeal and excitement of the very first one.Another very amazing thing about Debbie is her turn around in returning communication.
