It was pleasure to work with Debra. She was attentive, to the point, knew her job ands I got a great deal on a house in Delavan. Most likely the bad review she got over that house was because the other buyer didnt have their financing in place and waited too long to place an offer. I paid above asking, listening to her good advice and won the house! I would work with her any day

Debra has no communication skills at all. Does not reply to texts, emails, or phone calls. Then all of a sudden days later the property we were interested shows up as pending. Never any reply from this woman. Terrible realtor. Go elsewhere .

If you are planning on having a good or smooth experience with real estate, do not use Deb Schmidt. She has very poor communication, lies when confronted about timelines, does not present all info to parties involved, and is concerned about herself and only herself. Beware of dual agency with her, she will purposely withhold information and delay info to sellers to set herself up to sell to clients that she represents even if their offer is less. She practices completely unethically with no regard how it impacts families.

Deb is professional but she also makes you feel like a friend. She was very helpful when we were selling our home with ideas and had several open houses. When we bought a home she knew what we wanted and what to look for when we toured houses. She is very accessible and her office staff is exceptional.
