Very friendly and knowledgeable. Debra found me a renter for my house in Florida and later helped me to sell my house. I live in NY so we did all this via telephone. She made all the arrangements with local contractors to fix minor repairs. She also did all the work of hiring a title company and lawyer for the sale. Although hired solely as a realtor, she acted as a house manager at the same time. This as very important since I couldnt be in Florida to take care of all these things.
