We used Debbie to sell our family waterfront home in West Islip. She had good insights into the market, including staging, where to set the price to generate traffic as well as maximize sales price, how to assess the strength of offers (amount down and amount financed etc), and the timing of various stages in the process. She explained the process, and she did a great job with photography for the listing as well, and was respectful of our goals in timing the initial listing as well as how long we wanted to keep the listing open for offers. We interviewed multiple realtors and Debra and her partner April were an amazing team and definitely the right choice of realtors to sell my mother's home of 40 years. They came into the home and immediately were positive about the 'bones' of the home despite the updating that most buyers would prefer to be done. The other realtors focused primarily on the needed updates and the more negative points of the home. Debra provided guidance on where to focus our attention to optimally show the features of the home. In addition, she provided staging ideas and elements that gave prospective buyers both online through photos (great photographer - captured each room beautifully) and a virtual tour as well as in person tours a fantastic vision of the house's potential. This was critical especially during this Covid-19 period when agents were not allowed to tour homes with clients to point out features. Debra was always responsive to inquiries and follow-up. Within a week we received multiple offers and was in Contract within 10 days of listing. The sale price was above asking and we couldn't be happier with the results that Debra provided.
