I know the market is hot right now but what Christopher Warner did with my house was nothing short of amazing. Drone videos and professional photographers are a standard thing with his agency and it was a welcome surprise. He told me a "multiple offer scenario" was "highly likely" and when the first cash offer came in 4 hours after listing I was convinced. I had already moved out of state by the time of closing and it went a seamless as possible. He even followed up with me after everything was finished to make sure everything was taken care of.
