You better be ready to buy the moment you speak with Debra or else she will brush you off and be extremely rude once she realizes you will not immediately make her money. Me and my partner were shown around by her to look at properties and once she realized we are not buying immediately she did not even give us the time of day in the office afterwards and refused to even speak to us as a professional. We went with another realty company and are closing on a 40 acre property she showed us. Again be ready to buy from her or else be prepared to not speak with her or be given the time of day
