Debra Higdon

Debra Higdon is the Owner of Weaver Real Estate/Blue Skies Ruidoso since March of 2023. She has been actively involved in the Ruidoso housing market for over 12 years, initially as an Interior Designer / Remodeling Contractor and in 2019 joining the ranks of Weaver Real Estate. Debra came to Ruidoso from a successful 20 year corporate career in IT / Financial Systems Consulting and Sales where she worked internationally for prestigious firms such as Price, Waterhouse, Coopers IT and IBM/Candle. Debra flipped her first home while in grad school and began developing a passion for giving old houses new life. This passion for improving the livability and beauty of a home allows her to provide a valuable resource to her real estate clients as they visualize their life in a Ruidoso mountain home. In addition, for her listing clients her past experience in sales, marketing and technology insure an effective sales campaign. Debra prides herself on providing the most accurate data to her clients on current market trends and comparable market values to assist them in making the most appropriate personal investment decisions.
