You cannot go wrong in hiring Martha as your realtor! She was amazing from start to finish. This will be a long review so for those of you who read only first few sentences, you just cannot go wrong and your best decision will be to hire her. From the very beginning we werent really sure of the process as we are first time home buyers we are in a SUPER difficult market but she was always the beacon of faith and hope that wed find the right one!!!! The first time we went out, we didnt find anything but the second time we went out we fell in love with each and everyone. Martha allowed my husband and I to go in and tour as we have a small baby so she would help us in staying with the baby (Covid Geared up) and allow us to go in!! We found the right one and we put in our offer. The seller didnt want to budge at all...so my husband and I said fine but Martha wasnt about that life. Martha said no way! (Due to our specific home and things we knew the seller was being a little unfair) anyway she fought for us and got us the house we wanted sat the CORRECT price and just above and beyond what we thought. It was a huge blessing but it wouldnt have happened without Martha. Additionally, the other partners in this, lender, inspector, etc werent providing the best service but Id lean on Martha for everything! She was able to get my lender to provide us the right info, understand the entire process, because they were lacking. Even our inspector was kinda trying to push us off but she was able to hold up her standard of professionalism that he ended up calling us and apologizing. Martha is impeccable and honestly one of the best people I know. If we buy another house or want to send anyone, you MUST go with Martha! Otherwise, youll end up disappointed for sure!
