We had a great first home buying experience with Deb. We worked for almost an year with Deb and she was patient enough to keep showing us homes and never once did Deb force us to buy something just because we were long enough in the search. She always said - "You should feel that this is your home, until then the search is ON" .. Would like to recall on an occasion where she was representing a seller and us(buyer) she showed her professionalism where never at any moment she was biased to any parties.. Deb always insisted on doing things right and the right way and never cut corners, I truly loved this aspect.Deb was very quick in getting responses we needed from agents and was on top for follow up's. She also helped us understand inspection reports which were new to us. Deb has a great team of mortgager, attorney's, handyman and inspection agents who I think are someone of the best in this industry. Lastly, what we loved about Deb was she never rushed us to make any decision and allowed us time to think which immensely helped us as we were new to home buying.

In short, Deb was excellent. We had a unique situation where we were still living in Louisiana and were not able to come up to view houses because of the speed of the market. She made the process as stress free and helpful as possible in those circumstances. She set us up on multiple searches and every time we would find a house we were interested in, she was able to virtually show it to us within a day or two. She even had other people help show us houses when she wasn't available. She was very knowledgeable about the area and gave great advice and insight into each home's location. She was aggressive when she needed to be but also understanding an patient with us which helped us out a ton. Since finding and closing on our house, she has continued to be of assistance since we are new to the area. I cannot recommend her highly enough. At the beginning of the process, I thought we were going to lose our minds because of the enormity of it, the current market and the stress of moving across the country. Deb's help helped to ease all of those concerns and make the process as smooth as could be.
