We couldnt have placed our trust in a more professional, dedicated, thorough, and thoughtful agent/broker than Debbie. She truly goes above and beyond and makes you feel very cared for and comfortable during one of the most potentially stressful times in a persons life. Attentive and an excellent communicator, she always kept us well informed and explained everything as she tirelessly assisted us through the many intricacies of both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one.This whole buying and selling process was not a brief one either, since several of the houses we bid on didnt end up going through. That means copious amounts of documents with each bid that she and her team would have to read through, draw up, and have us sign. It was a lot, and the market was quite discouraging at times, but Debbie remained patient and positive. We were so lucky to have found Debbie. She is experienced, knowledgeable and forthcoming. This is exactly what we wanted in a real estate agent. As first time home buyers, she walked us through our first offer and all it's intricacies. We had a good understanding of everything after she took the time and patience to explain the process, the pros and cons, and the language in the contracts, etc. She is someone I trusted and looked to for advice. She would be forthright about whatever questions we had, which helped us make informed decisions. Ultimately, we could never have realized our dream of being first time home owners without her, let alone in the current real estate market. She was open and communicated with both the seller/agents and us candidly and made sure we understood and felt comfortable with every step along the way. These are some of the biggest decisions we have made in our lives, and I always felt supported and well informed. She is genuine and compassionate. Debbie Pashkoff is the cream of the crop. Ive never met anyone who takes her professional responsibility as an agent so seriously. Debbie was 100% in my corner, 100% devoted to the sale of my house, and 100% available to me by phone, text, and email. I think many agents these days will advertise that they were able to sell a house with aEURoemultiple offers in X number of days,aEUR? but what these agents dont advertise is how that process unfolds for their seller. With Debbie, its all personal service. After our first meeting, she managed the whirlwind of activity herself and kept me informed each step of the way. Debbie created calendars and log sheets for me so I never wondered where my house was in the process. Debbie also connected me with all the right people to help me bring my house up to date for sale.And, wow, Debbie did bring in multiple, outstanding offers! We went through the offers, counters, inspection and escrow terms each day. My dad had passed away and I needed to work through his place, and all of his life. I knew eventually I needed to sell his place, and one of my dads financial planners was friends with Debbie, and so I called her and she had some wise counsel, even though we both knew selling was far away. Over the next year +, Debbie stayed constant, keeping in touch every couple months, sharing some of her contacts for various things that I needed along the way, and helped me start to sort the process all out.When it was time to gear up to go, Debbie had the perfect strategy for just how much remodeling to do, just the right contractor and stager to work with at our price point, and exactly where to peg the selling price in our moment in time to stir a frenzy and sell at an optimal price. And even when it looked like we had stellar offers and it felt like we were set up for a home run, she was still working hard aEUR" for weeks through escrow aEUR" to keep the backup offers primed, interested, reassuring that they hadnt overcommitted, and keeping the buyer focused.It all worked absolutely perfectly, cant wait to work with her again!!
As I had called several of the hot shots in the neighborhood ending up with less than stellar response, I happen to mention to a trusted neighbor that we had made the decision to sell our home. He recommended Debbie Pashkoff. Called & made an appointment for that week. Debbie showed up shortly before the appointed time to knock at the door precisely. After looking around the property she presented her plan. Backed it up with comps for the Kentwood area. Recommended a few things that we could take care of or not with financial projections to back up her suggestions. In the construction business it was easy to understand as she presented options based on facts. We discussed her style of handling the sale. For a detailed, opinionated (or PIA) individual it was easy to see the best solution for us was to allow her to handle the sale. Its just not our business and based on our conversation with her that day, we could see she is the absolute best real estate sales consultant I had met in the 30 years in the neighborhood. We signed up with her that day. From that day on we had constant contact with her on each step she had detailed out for us in advance. She handled everything for us. Everything went exactly accordingly to the plan in the short time allotted. Our buyer was found thru the first open house Debbie handled herself. Several other offers came in from that open house. Debbie mentioned she felt the 1st buyer would come up and compete in the counter offers. After a few short days an agreement was made. Escrow was set up again thru Debbie. We closed the sale within the 25 days. Boom done that was it. I honestly believe this all happened because of Debbies expertise. I would buy or sell with her again without hesitation. 5*s kind of gal. Thank you to make this once in a lifetime experience quick & easy for us.
I highly recommend Debbie to help you with selling your house. From the beginning, she came in with a plan and calendared for us the process we would be going through. It was amazing to see how accurately she planned everything out. Debbie also was able to connect us with people to update the house so it would show to its full potential and was always available to answer any questions we had. We had 15 offers within the first week, with most of them over asking price.

I am so glad I found Debbie to help me buy my first home. When I first talked to Debbie on the phone, I knew I wanted her to be my realtor. She is very knowledgeable and competent. Each of those assets helped me in my home buying journey. She explained every step of the process to me, which made it less overwhelming. She explained some of the pros and cons of each home that would affect its value. She also worked really well with the realtor on the seller side and the escrow company to make sure the sale went smoothly. Debbie is a true professional.
