We had a limited window to look for houses and with Deborah's help, we were able to schedule a couple days of visiting many homes in our targeted search area. After getting our offer accepted, Deborah was extremely helpful in coordinating the various inspections as we were out of state. We had a long contract period to accommodate the kiddos while finishing up school and Deborah was responsive to our periodic check-ins up until closing.

She was very accommodating when we were in town and left her schedule open so that she could spend the whole day looking at houses. She was in tune with recognizing what type of house we were looking for after a few showings, and eliminated the ones that wouldn't fit our needs so as not to waste our time. We left town thinking we had found our rental home, with an application in process only to call her a couple days later on a Saturday evening to let her know that we changed our minds about renting and wanted to buy instead. She was very encouraging despite our very specific list of requirements and sent us a list within and hour to look through. We had an offer on the table before lunch the following day. The rest of the process was just as simple. Since we were still out of state Deborah took care of things on our end, Facetimed with us during the inspection, and even went out of her way to help the sellers with questions they had despite the fact they were doing a For Sale By Owner and she was not receiving commission in their end. She went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly. I grew up with a father who owned a large real estate company and I worked in Escrow for 7 years. I know how stressful buying a house can be and how many things can go wrong. Our experience with Deborah was a breeze and we are now living in a home that we absolutely love, thanks to her. We highly recommend Deborah Koford and would use her again for our real estate needs.
