Deb did an amazing job helping my spouse and I with our land purchase. She initially worked with us to tour multiple properties that didn't quite match our criteria. She carefully listened to our criteria and how each one didn't match our unique needs (e.g. well drained soil, high solar potential, minimal exposure to pesticides and mining, etc). After which she was quite capable of vetting properties for us remotely and providing clear information on these metrics to help us make such an informed decision we felt safe to purchase sight unseen.
