I am proud of the knowledge & experience I can offer and with that being able to provide 100% to our buyer's and seller's from the beginning till the transaction is closed. I take great pride in providing the personal touch to each and every transaction. 16 years of experience with 8 of those years being a Broker/Owner. My past experience is working with Fedex Corp for 20 years which I worked my way from being in Customer service to Operations manager. I believe as they say in the OLD SCHOOL rules, taking care of your customer's 1st. You are providing a service and you should give it your BEST!! Whether I am selling a home or helping a 1st time buyer the greatest satisfaction is knowing that I have made a seller or buyer HAPPY!

3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have been a strong listing agent for years..
After 2006 I got into working for the lenders with foreclosed homes and with buyers
doing short sales and until this year really getting back to normal home sales. I have also worked different with buyer's..1st time buyers, investors and 2nd homeowners
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
2 that just happened actually...
1- I sold a investor over 30 homes back in 2005-2006 and after all these years he called me
back to sell about 8 of those properties. I love the loyalty that my customers have given me over the years.
2- Just worked with a 1st time buyer that was a veteran and after looking at many homes over the past 4 months I finally located a home that he loved that fit all his needs and thru the VA loan process we were able to close by the end of this year. So happy to work with 1st time buyer's and our military people.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My Aunt was a realtor for many years and my mother always wanted to do it. It always seemed like a wonderful career where you were making peoples dream's come true. The biggest investment that most people make are their homes.
I worked for Fedex 20 years and decided I really wanted to move forward in the career that
I really wanted so I took the step and got my real estate license and started out part-time and then once I got my feet wet and knew that it was absolutely the career for me I gave Fedex my notice and began my new career adventure...
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I think my years in Customer Service and my management training/experience with Fedex has given me the opportunity to provide my clients with the best service..
