Plus she is a pleasure to work with, responsive to questions and requests, and effective at getting things done. Deborah helped us prepare and market my childhood home after my parents passed away, all while I was in touch remotely from a distant state. She helped us line up some excellent contractors to make needed updates and repairs to an older home, did a nice job staging the photos for marketing, and kept us informed throughout the process. Her online savvy helped us match up with an out-of-state buyer who toured the house remotely (via their local broker) and gave us a solid offer close to the asking price. Top notch!

She later contacted us with several homes and was willing to work the showings in with her busy schedule, as well as ours. After just a few showings..... We had picked the one that we really wanted.
