Due to problems with multiple lenders, she helped me and went way beyond for me, even making some of the phone calls herself and setting up group calls between all the necessary people to get a new loan done. She helped get me a clear to close from a new lender in 9 days from my application submittal!! AND I got a better rate than the previous lenders. She is also extremely responsive. Even if she cant answer the phone, she would at least text you that she will get back to you in a certain amount of time. Always responded on time or earlier than she estimated. I would recommend her to everyone.
