The Graduate REALTOR^(R) Institute is an esteem institution of the National Association of REALTORS^(R) that sets the standards for real estate professionalism, knowledge and productivity, by providing sound training in the critical skills of the real estate business. The GRI designation signifies a dedicated and knowledgeable professional within the industry. Additionally, Debi has earned the nationally recognized Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification. The National Association of REALTORS^(R) offers the SFR certification to REALTORS^(R) who want to help both buyers and sellers navigate these complicated transactions, as demand for professional expertise with distressed sales.

Debi is an avid community volunteer and her civic involvement has a 25-year depth. "We each have a number of different roles in our lives--different areas or capacities in which we have responsibilities", says Debi. "I like to combine my roles and strengths, with a need in the non-profit sector to help improve community life and give back to our community who generously supports our real estate business. The experience of volunteering is a positive one and the joy you can bring to others is priceless". Debi actively serves on the Montrose Memorial Hospital Board of Directors and Before You Hate, Think Of Cait anti-bullying board. Her former volunteer portfolio includes CASA Voices for Children, Partners, Drug Endangered Children, NRA Committee, Mule Deer Foundation, Black Canyon Surgery Center, and many more.

Debi, a mother of four, is married to Mark Harmon and they are empty-nesters. Debi's extended family were one of the first settlers in this beautiful valley. When not working, you will find her enjoying "anything outdoors". Her passion for God, her family and her life permeates in all that she does.

Debi is AMAZING! We went from one of the worst experiences a person could have with a realtor, to an EXTREME contrast with her invaluable experience as a realtor. There is literally nothing you could about that she doesn't either have a completely relevant story, will get to the bottom of, or has personal advice to assist you with in terms of questions and support for selling and/or buying your home. From the very beginning of our experience with her, she was insightful and had OUR best interests in mind. The last realtor we had asked us questions like "What's 5000$ to you?" -- from a fairly low initial offer. Or we were told one thing with a smile, then later never got what was promised. These sorts of things were never even hinted at with Debi! She was always on top of making sure that we not only got a very good price for our home, but she knows how to protect her clients from rookie mistakes that young realtors make that can cost you money or headaches! Things like legalities and how to prepare documents and contracts that keep you safe! After she helped us sell our home initially we decided to go with her to help us find a home as well. She worked very hard to find us a home and work around any guidelines or issues that arose during all this covid stuff. Her son Scott in Grand Junction was a pleasure to work with as well during this! We cannot even begin to explain how grateful we are to have had her during this journey and if you happen to be reading this right now, just stop and give her a call, you will NOT be disappointed. If we sell again in the future, it'll be with 20 Sleep's West Real Estate! <3 =)
