We hired John and Debi Durzi to sell 5 homes last year in multiple cities, Granada Hills, Simi Valley, Tujunga, Mission Hills, and Pine Mountain Club. My father previously worked with Debi and requested I work with her when the time came. After he passed away, we hired John and Debi and they lived up to my father's recommendation. We were very pleased with their services. They were honest and trustworthy and explained everything to us. Debi was very patient. They gave us an assessment on our properties and suggested some updates, flooring, paint, etc. We worked with their recommended vendors who were reliable and professional and gave us fair pricing. John took charge of the logistics, managed the vendors, and did some of the hands-on work himself. Once completed, they staged multiple homes and did an excellent job. It made all the difference on how the homes were presented. Debi & John know their individual roles and perform them very well. They helped us realize higher selling prices than we would have on our own and we would highly recommend them to family and friends. We have already referred them to two of our family members.
