Debi Douglas : I cannot begin to even tell you what an amazing experience I had in dealing with Debi Douglas. This began with a random chance meeting through Zillow on a large piece of property that I located. Normally, My partner and I use our own agent for real estate transactions, but in this case I thought I would try the referral from Zillow. It turns out that this was probably the best thing we ever could have ever done. I understand that reviews can be made up and placed online by friends and family which leave positive reviews for someone, but this is anything but that. This was a chance encounter that turned out to be an amazing experience with a highly professional, trained, and experienced realtor. I do not know any agent that could have done a better and more comprehensive and supportive job on this project.Debi was pretty much available 24/7 every day of the week even if she was trying to take the day off. I likely ruined many of her days off, but in the end, we were able to complete the purchase to the benefit of all parties concerned.I don't generally offer referrals. On the contrary I tend to offer critical critiques when someone is less than professional in the hopes of saving someone else the same grief that I might have experienced. Dealing with Debi Douglas was the opposite of that. Not only did she maintain her composure and professionalism, but she was ready to help with due diligence items as they came up and always had a good attitude about it.Her nearly 30 years of experience really show's when you need it ! Lastly, I found this probably most interesting. She said many times throughout the purchase process that it was just about aEURoewhat we wanted and not about heraEUR?. She would not compromise on her service or her dedication to my partner and I under any circumstances. She mentioned more times than I can remember that even if the deal did not go through, or if we decided not to buy this specific property, she was behind us 100%, and we would eventually find exactly what we were looking for. We did just that !I would undoubtedly list my personal residence with her when the time comes to sell and I would call her in a heartbeat in the event I was looking for other properties and needed an agent to represent me. I can't say enough. Debi Douglas is first rate !
