Well, the time from start of sale to sale itself tells most the story, less than a month to identify a buyer for a challenging, unique property to sell. Another two weeks to close. She made adjustments to her own commission because of unexpected regulatory requirements to permit the sale to proceed with out delay to the sale schedule. She was kind and patient with our family while we in a situation of duress. She was THE right person for this particular sale, no one else could have accomplished our sales goals for the Nay pond island other than her.

We found a home we liked our second time out, made an offer that was accepted, and were very excited about joining the Berlin community. Sadly, the seller backed out of the contract before closing and we ended up deciding to wait for the spring to look again. Now, our lives have taken another turn and we will be moving out of NH.
