I can not begin to to think of enough accolades to describe Debby Bullock-Benfield. This woman is simply the best! While she was referred to me by a friend, I quickly found her to be not only very professional, but genuinely personable as well. Her pleasant demeanor serves her very well. My job requires me to travel extensively, and while we first met and started talking in January, I was unavailable to get the property ready to sell for months. This lady has the patience of Job! Based on her instruction, I finally was able to get the property ready for sale, and as she told me, it sold on the first day of showing. As I was out of town for the duration of the process, Debby insured that I was kept abreast of all information, forwarding me any and all necessary paperwork, and actually did some banking for me. I can not express enough my gratitude to her, and all the effort she exerted to this one sell. If she does this much work for every buyer/seller, she must either be exhausted at the end of the day/week, or she is Superwoman! I cannot say enough great things about Debbie Bullock and the work she has put in for me and my family. Are father passed away in January and we had the task of selling three of his houses and my brother Keith's house., and to top it off I decided to bu another house.
