We recently suffered extreme flooding damage to our home and were forced to purchase a new home very quickly. During this process we worked with Debbie Williams at Sally Davidson realty. We have nothing but good things to say about Ms. Williams. She was efficient and highly knowledge regarding the local real estate market and steps we needed to take. She was very quick to reply to any questions or concerns that we had and believe me when I say we had a lot. She made a very stressful time much better. Was not very help full to us even knowing that we were relocating from Utah. With us being so far away I thought she would go the extra mile but be waited for several weeks for newer pictures of property and we had set a date to come out spent 3000$ to come and she never got those picture and her excuse was "she was busy" we appreciate was she had done but in the end we decided not to move to Kentucky.
