ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I appreciate all the hard work and effort that Ken Arthur did for us. Our journey began with him several months before we started house hunting. We had recently moved back to the U.S. and our short term housing was coming to an end. We werent ready to buy but knew we needed advice for what to do to prepare to buy. We also needed advice on apartment hunting. Ken gave us sound actionable advice. Ken showed us homes and attended open houses with us. He helped us put together two offers. The second one led to a tie with another buyer. Ken reached out to our lender and asked him to call the buyers agent. The initiative to do that, and the resulting call, helped us win the bid. When the inspection showed we needed to replace the roof and windows right away, we were ready to void the offer as it took us over our budget. Ken took the initiative and called the sellers agent and said we had reached an impasse. After some negotiation and persuasion they dropped the cost significantly and kept the offer on track. His skills kept the offer alive and we closed on the house. In the end we have a house that is appraised at a higher value than we paid and that is an instant win. Much thanks to Ken!
