1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Pick an Experienced Agent. With lots of Experience. Trust Them & You will reap the benefits of non listed homes, below market homes, and FSBO. Why..Because I am only going to tell buyers that I know are with me to the end about the really good deals.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Expert Marketers along with Experience, brings hordes of buyer traffic to your home. I spent 91,673 dollars in 2017 marketing my sellers homes.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

Buyers & Sellers from Investment property to Luxury Listings

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I got a ladies home under contract and I found her a home that wasn't listed in the school district she wanted. I negotiated a leaseback and we closed on one home and then closed on her new home and she moved her belongings from one home right into their new home. Great when that timing works out.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

Joined my Families REal Estate business, that has been in business since 1984. Started Real estate investing in 1988. I have rehabbed 57 homes. Still own rental property
