She went through really significant challenges on this sale, with charm, grace and in-depth knowledge of the Procedures and Laws of Real Estate in MS.As I am in Dallas, and the house was physically located in Carthage, MS....she went "above and beyond" to take care of all the little details of prepping the house and overseeing the move-out of furniture and cleaning of the property. This was an Estate sale, and the relatives and former girlfriends of the deceased (unfortunately) constantly interfered with the execution of her responsibilities. She managed these significant obstacles with a rarely seen level of professionalism and acumen. I was REALLY IMPRESSED.In short, she SAVED MY BACON on this sale. She deserves three times what she received on her commission. If this were not Estate money, and thus restricted, I would probably forward to her a "tip" from the Estate to match said amount. She is THAT GOOD.I would work again with her in an instant. I truly feel that she feels the same way. We got along famously, and I can honestly say that we had not one single communication that was anything other than uplifting and positive.
