First of all, my husband and I cannot say enough good things about Debbie and her professionalism. she truly has a passion for meeting the customer's purchasing objectives and finding the right fit. She knows the finest details of the market. Debbie helped us purchase an investment property in North Myrtle Beach, NC that will later become our home when we retire. We live in San Diego. Debbie was excellent at sending listings to us so we could get a feel for what property features were desireable to us. We formulated a list together. Debbie arrranged for viewings during the time we would be visiting North Myrtle Beach. We spent four days together, maximizing our time out there and narrowing it down. Upon return to San Diego, we made up our mind on which property was a good investment and we could see ourselves living in down the road.
