I do think my house was overpriced at the beginning which, I think, kept folks from making serious inquiries, in spite of the hot summer in Florida, which of course is nothing new. But when we discussed the issues, Deb was more than willing to work with me and get more interest drummed up for the house- hunters. It paid off and the house was sold soon after we renegotiated the pricing. I have no hesitation in referring other folks to Debbie for their realty needs. I thank her and her associates for helping get the job done. It was so very important to me.
