Gary has patience. I was driving from PA to MI, and Gary acted as though I was right there with him as he went above and beyond to help me understand what I was looking at in a house I had briefly driven by.Gary followed up with more information and an open invitation to ask him any questions about this process and home. We spent two years trying to find the perfect home for our family. We were very specific about what we were looking for and Debbie stuck with us through the whole process and went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. She understood our needs and when we finally found our dream home she was so quick to get us in with a viewing so we wouldnt miss out. It always felt like her priority was to find us the right home, not to try to sell us on something that really wasnt the right fit. Not only did was she very professional and knowledgeable, she was also a joy to work with, over two whole years we truly came to love her. Debbie and Russ are amazing at what they do. Buying and selling. We sold our house in October in PA while we were living in NC and they were extremely easy to work with. Ppaerwork and everything getting things digital and mailed. It was much easier than expected!
