We have used Debbie Rowell recently to sell two properties in the Atmore and Walnut Hill area. The properties were both well maintained, however she did recommend some minor improvements. Debbie worked with several potential buyers before making the sale, however she did the whole package and we are very pleased with the service that she provided. Debbie was able to put us in contact with a mortgage broker that got us approved in less than 24 hours. As time went on there became a breakdown in communication and we were not always kept in the loop. We were not informed when things were held up due to papers needed from us. After closing we noticed things that were suppose to be done before purchase were not completed. We felt that was something that should have been followed up on.
