ZillowVERIFIEDDebbie helped me sell my dad's house for him. At our initial meeting, she toured the house to get an idea of what she was working with. We sat down and she told us what similar houses in the area had recently sold for and what she thought what we would be able to get for the house. She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood, price listings, homes recently sold as well as what she thought the house was worth. We agreed to have her represent my dad in selling the house. She showed the house for 5 days with interested buyers putting in a bid by 1pm of the sixth day. Not only did she sell the house, she got us almost $40,000.00 more than what we were asking. She kept us up to date with what was going on, she even secured a lawyer for us for the closing. I think Debbie went above and beyond what I thought a realtor was supposed to do.
