I love selling Real Estate in Logan, Utah. I have always lived here in Cache Valley and so know all the areas around Logan. I have lived in Richmond, River Heights, Logan and Providence. I have experience in the Preston, Idaho area and have sold properties in the Bear Lake area also. I have 25 years experience in owning and selling rental properties including multifamily units. I have a construction background and have helped buyers purchase new built homes. They enjoy my hands on approach to helping them with the steps needed to get a new home. For over 10 years I have understood the process of buying and selling homes. I am very patient in helping buyers find the home that fits their budget and dream list. I have also served 2 terms as a Director on the Cache Rich Board of Realtors. I have all my certifications for a CRS. Chelsea Funk is a professional in the truest sense. She was devoted to helping us find the right place for the next phase in our lives. Working with Chelsea and Curtis made the whole process of finding and buying a home much better. They were kind, patient and understanding.
