1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Achieve your Pre Approval Letter. Knowing your affordability will make the process smoother. By all means, speak with more than one lender to make certain you are getting the BEST rate. There are many houses on the market, make sure you have found your "home"...there is a difference. Select a REALTOR who will attend to your needs, one that will give you trusted advise.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Interview more than one REALTOR. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Work with an agent that you know, like and trust. He or She should provide you with market facts and conditions on fair market value, trends and stats.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Many different types! First Time Home Buyers, Investors, 2nd Home Purchases, Relocation, Estates, Move-up and Move-down's.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
All transaction are different. No two are the same. From each transaction I always always learn something new! That is what I love most about being a REALTOR.... you never stop learning and growing in knowledge either by a changing market or through experiences.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My husband is a real estate developer. Truly, real estate has been apart of my life for as long as I can remember. I was a stay at home mom and wouldn't EVER change that part of my life. But... as the kids grew, graduated high school and on to college, I decided to enter the real estate market. I have never looked back! I LOVE what I do..... changing lives one property at a time.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Absolutely! As REALTORS there is yearly mandatory education and electives we must complete. Outside of the mandatory, I grasp every opportunity to learn. I have achieved designations such as: CRS, MRS, SPS and currently achieving my ABR. The 2 greatest skills I obtain are marketing and the art of negotiating for both buyers and sellers.
