Debbie is a fabulous realtor who knows the market and has an excellent sense of what buyers are looking for and what they are willing to spend. We originally listed our house with another realtor who did not believe we would or could get our asking price. We kept the house on the market for 3 months and then took it off. A few months later Debbie approached us with a detailed analysis of the market and felt sure that we would get at least our asking price. She suggested a few minor, inexpensive updates/changes and some staging ideas and we got an offer for slightly above our asking price a few weeks later. Through the entire process Debbie was responsive to questions and outreach and our experience working with her was excellent. I highly recommend her!!
