1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
First step is to get qualified for a loan so you will know right up front what you can afford so you won't be disappointed later after looking at higher priced homes.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Make sure it's squeaky clean and smells great for any potential buyers!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
After 30 years practically every type!!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We had a buyer that was hospitalized the day before closing in another town and couldn't make the closing. The closing docs were driven to them and a courtesy closer from a title co. in that town came in to do the closing and didn't even charge! It was a VA loan with a massive amount of paperwork. Everyone worked together to make it happen.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was a secretary at a Century 21 office in Grove for a couple of years and wanted to meet new people and make more money so that is just what I did and 30 years later still loving my job!!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Not really, I just love the small town of Grove and our beautiful 1300 mile shoreline Lake of the Cherokees and love it when people fall in love with it the same way I did! But I do a lot of relocation customers.
