If you want problems with a house, she the person to buy home from. Specially if its a property of Dan Kuschill. I bought a house and 2 days after I moved in the roof started leaking, refrigerator want fit due to the new granite that they put in was to long, and laundry room water doesnt work. Had to pay out my own pocket for a plumber and carpenter. Bad Business
