I felt like we clicked right away and it was like talking to an old friend. If you want a realtor that is going to represent you at all costs, she is your girl. She's brutally honest with your best interest in mind. She is very quick to respond, extremely flexible, and super reliable. She will do whatever she can within her means to get you what you want. The only negative is that we closed on our perfect house (all thanks to her!) and we don't get to see her as often anymore! You can't get better than Debbie Hicks!

Debbie would set up several houses to see in a day just so that our trip could be as short as possible, sometimes making our days 10 hours. We trekked all over eastern and central Tenn. She was there every step of the way. She listened to what we wanted and needed for our family. I would highly recommend her!!
