Debbie sold our house in the same week it went on the market. THE SAME WEEK. She walked us through the process step-by-step and was in touch frequently through text, emails, and phone calls to make sure we were on track and offering help when needed, even helping us find contractors for repairs when we couldn't find any in time. Our house was sold "as is" because we were moving on short notice. We ended up with more than we thought we'd get considering the age and condition - several offers actually, so that we had to choose. We moved away before closing to the other side of the country and she took care of everything. I was worried that part would be a nightmare, but she got us lined out to sign closing papers before we left, and finished the rest over text and a phone call or two. Easiest house sale I've ever done, but it was because Debbie carried us through it - honestly, we were so distracted getting packed and preparing to move that we had trouble keeping up with everything, but she swooped in and took care of business like a pro.
