If you are looking to buy a house, there is no one better than Mary Anne to help you along the way. My fiance and I were ready to buy our first home, but the whole process seemed overwhelming and hard to navigate. Mary Anne helped us through everything. She made herself available to us whenever we needed, and never complained about our pickiness. Not only did she give us some great home recommendations, but she let me text her lists of addresses and she would set up showings, usually within 48 hours. In addition, Mary Anne provided us with priceless advice - pointing out things we hadn't thought of or didn't know to avoid in order to protect us during the buying process, helping us get a home inspector and attorney, even on the day of our closing during our final walk through Mary Anne was able to give us pointers on painting the house that we had overlooked.
