Debbie has been our go to realtor for the last several years!! Her expertise has put us at ease, through selling a condo and purchasing a home, now 5 yrs later selling that home to move out of state. Debbie was fantastic with selling our home in a timely manner. We decided to move back to the Bay Area from the Central Valley, and had to sign a lease agreement before selling our house. It was important that the sale of our house go through before our next house payment to avoid paying a mortgage and rent. Debbie was excellent with staying onto of all of the inspections, documentation and coordinating with the buyers realtor. During our anxiety of uncertainty throughout the process, she was kind, honest and always responded right away. In addition, her knowledge of the selling process is thorough and interacting with other agents was very impressive. My husband and I highly recommend Debbie to home sellers and buyers. It was an extreme pleasure to get to know her and hope our paths will cross again in the future.
