"I contacted Debbie Beard via the recommendation from Elderlife because I wanted to sell my mother's mobile home in Cocoa, FL. I live in CT and my mother lived in Cocoa FL for over 30 years. I didn't know anything about selling a mobile home and all of the requirements. I anticipated it would be difficult process since I did not know anything about selling a mobile home from out of state. ZillowVERIFIEDBarbara is a very nice and thoughtful person who takes a very personal interest in helping sell your home. I think that she goes beyond anything a regular agent will do. She keeps checking on the property to ensure nothing happens to it. She treats it as if she owns it. She keeps you informed at all times with any changes that are needed or not. she is very easy to talk with and is very knowledgeable of the real estate in the area. She can provide people that are needed to either replace or add to the beauty and upkeep of the property before the sell. I cannot recommend her more highly than that she is the person to sell your property. also she is a very nice person and goes beyond to help during your sell. When we finally found one that I liked, she again answered every question, walked me through the entire purchasing process, and showed me through my new condo as many times as I asked before I left Florida and came home to Indiana. She has continued to help me find a cleaning person, a handyman, etc. since this condo is to be my retirement vacation home, and I am working on it from out of town. I cannot say enough nice things about her as a person, and good things about her as a professional. This is by far the best real estate experience that I have ever had!!
