Total 5 stars for Debbie and her team including Sarah who were both amazing throughout the entire home search, purchase, and closing process. We lived out of state and flew in the next day to tour a hot home that just came on the market & we knew would not last. Debbie was out of the country and still managed to prepare our offer that same night and get it submitted - and it was accepted the next day! The rest of the process on our end went smoothly through title and closing. Placer Title was amazing also! We are so happy with how Debbie and her team managed our home purchase from start to finish.....very highly recommended!

Debbie deserves MORE than 5 stars. We are not the sort to relinquish control easily, but we placed the sale of our Granite Bay home completely in her hands while we moved across the country. Everything unfolded PRECISELY as she said it would - in great detail. . She consistently went above and beyond (even helping us arrange transport for one of our cars) and was ALWAYS available when we called her, despite a three-hour time difference. Everything we tried to worry about had already been handled. We were delighted with the result of our sale and would not hesitate to highly recommend Debbie !
