When I decided to move to the country I thought the process would be pretty easy and a realtor not really necessary. I was so wrong. Without Debs help, I know I would not have found such fabulous place at a great price. They say you dont know what you dont know and I quickly found out there was a whole lot I didnt know (that would have caused me to make costly mistakes)?but fortunately Deb did know. Her expertise on the ins and outs of purchasing rural properties and extensive knowledge of the market saved me thousands of dollars and a ton of time. She quickly learned my likes and dislikes and was exceptionally patient while showing me 30-plus properties. Deb helped me find my forever home, so I wont need a realtor in the future, but if I did, shed be the first person Id call!
