Deanne Woodard

Specialties: Buyer's Agent, Listing Agent, Relocation, Property Management A native of El Dorado, Deanne is a graduate of El Dorado High School, she then studied Business at Butler Community College before getting her Real Estate license and placing it with Sundgren Realty in 2006. She was the owner and sole operator of a transcription service from 2001 to 2011, which she then closed to pursue her real estate career. She was the Office Manager/Realtor for our office from 2011 through 2017, and she then became a full time Realtor. She received her Broker's licensed in July of 2019 and became an Associate Broker for Sundgren Realty. Deanne loves spending her spare time with her husband, Tad, and their 3 sons, Cody (wife Jenae), Hunter and Lucas. They are currently home and landowners in rural Butler County. She attends NewSpring Church, is a member of the Kansas Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Realtors of South Central Kansas.
